From Brittany, France - a traditional farmstead product, made with a blend of sweet, tart dry and bitter apples.Unlike regular apples, the apples used to make these apple juices are specifically selected for their rich Tannin contents. Each type of apple has its own unique essence, highlighting either their sweet, bittersweet, bitter or acidic components.
